⚙️ Customisation

You are able to customize many of the components of this tool, including:

• Whitelisted links, that can always be posted without needing permission;
• The warning message that appears for users who don’t currently have permission to post links;
• Whether VIPs, mods and/or (predetermined) bots are allowed to post links without a link pass;
• How long a link pass is valid for before expiring

Along with existing Twitch roles, such as VIPs and moderators, you can also add users to a Streamer.bot group that grants them permission to post links. This group must match the name in %permLinkPassGroup%, and will be created if it doesn't already exist.

These configuration items will work well as they are, however you are free to change them if desired. To change these settings:

1. Expand Actions & Queues in the sidebar on the left, and click Actions

2. Expand the [Package] Link Pass action category, if it is not already open

3. Click the Link Protection or Provide Link Pass action

   • Only the link pass duration is configured in the Provide Link Pass action. All other configuration values are defined within the Link Protection action.

4. In Sub-Actions on the right hand side, double click one of the configuration items (starts with Set argument %...), update the Value text as desired, and click OK to save.
