Chat commands

Triggered by: Chat command - !link @[username] Triggered by: Chat command - !link add @[username]

Grants a link pass to the target user for %duration% seconds (default: 60s)

Triggered by: Chat command - !link remove @[username]

Optionally revokes a link pass to the target user before the built-in timer.

Whitelisted users and roles

By default, mods, VIPs and pre-determined bot accounts are always allowed to post links in chat. You can permit a bot account by adding the bot account username to the Bot Group group (or the name you set %botGroup% to, if changed).

Streamer.bot groups can be found under Settings > Groups.

If you want to change whether or not mods and/or VIPs are allowed to post links by default, you can update the %allowMods% and %allowVips% (respectively) to be False instead of True. These are found under the Sub-Actions area of the Link Protection action.

Links from twitch.tv or clips.twitch.tv are permitted by default, whether or not the user has a link pass, allowing users to post their clips in chat. This whitelist can be modified to add or remove permitted origins (the base part of the link) as desired.

In the Link Protection action, update the value of %whitelist% to your desired list of link origins, separated by a space.

warning

Origins must match exactly - in the example below, links from youtube.com are permitted, but links such as youtu.be or m.youtube.com will be auto-deleted.

[EXAMPLE ONLY] Edit SubAction - Set Argument ×
